Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, or onboarding-related roles.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with remote and hybrid onboarding practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft and other electronic documentation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the start-to-end onboarding process for all new hires after they are cleared from HR.
  • Schedule and facilitate Infusion Nurse precepts.
  • Review a nursing precept visit and the expectations during the visit prior to accepting cases
  • Ensure timely completion of all required onboarding and annual documentation.
  • Ensure that all onboarding and annual documentation are compliant with relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies
  • Act as the main point of contact for new hires during their initial transition period.
  • Work with IT and HR to ensure all access setup is complete.
  • Develop and improve onboarding materials, welcome kits, and internal resources.
  • Work with the nurse educator proactively to determine if further educational resources are needed.
  • Assist nurse educator in creating documents such as nursing forms, nursing documents, etc.
  • Track and report on onboarding metrics and feedback to improve processes.
  • Manage yearly compliance needs.
  • Communicate with the Infusion Nurses for all compliance needs and communicate with regional nurse managers as needed.
  • Introduce and educate new hires on how to navigate the nursing documentation platform, create virtual educations, and perform in-services with all new staff
  • Assembling, maintaining, and deactivating employee files, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with auditing nursing and patient files to comply with state and federal requirements
  • Other duties as assigned.
