About The Position

Infusion Nurse II with a Cardiopulmonary focus Make a meaningful impact—one patient at a time. As an Infusion Nurse II, you will bring advanced nursing expertise directly to patients living with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and other rare and chronic diseases. This role offers autonomy, purpose, and the chance to build deep patient relationships while delivering life‑sustaining specialty therapies in the home and clinical settings.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including intensive care or pulmonary/cardiac specialty care.
  • Experience caring for PAH or Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) patients.
  • Strong infusion therapy skills, including excellent IV insertion skills.
  • Patient education experience.
  • BLS certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations.
  • Strong communication skills with a patient‑first mindset.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support patient care needs, including participation in an on-call rotation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
  • Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience.
  • CRNI or other relevant nursing certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced infusion therapy in home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings for cardiopulmonary conditions like PAH, and other rare and chronic diseases.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to confidently manage therapy and recognize potential side effects.
  • Coordinate closely with PAH specialty centers, prescribers, and care teams to ensure seamless treatment.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for providers and patients throughout the therapy journey.
  • Build long‑term patient relationships through compassionate, expert care and clear communication.
  • Support quality outcomes and responsible growth by participating in collaborative care discussions.
