About The Position

The Infrastructure Strategy & Delivery Manager leads the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects, spanning on-premises and SaaS environments. This role acts as a technical architect, bridging Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure flawless execution of deployments, from hardware selection to logistics and system readiness. You will own strategy, vendor management, and delivery orchestration, while prioritizing operational excellence and technical debt reduction. The role requires hands-on expertise in data center infrastructure, network operations, and program management, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and customers. Operating in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, you will help shape infrastructure standards and practices while ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the organization scales and infrastructure complexity increases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, technical sourcing, data center, or technical program management
• Deep technical knowledge of server hardware (Dell, HPE, Supermicro), network architecture, and colocation operations
• Proven experience managing supply chain, BOM validation, and global hardware delivery logistics
• Strong program management skills with the ability to map dependencies and drive prioritization across engineering teams
• Influential cross-functional leader capable of driving alignment and executing high-risk technical programs
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal engineers and customer leadership
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to long-term operational health
• Startup mindset with ability to build processes while executing in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain infrastructure hardware standards, including evaluation and certification of customer and internal systems
• Manage vendor relationships, hardware sourcing, BOM validation, procurement, and global logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Orchestrate technical delivery across on-premises and SaaS environments, coordinating with Engineering, SRE, Product, and customer-facing teams
• Oversee internal infrastructure programs, including data center operations, bare-metal lifecycle, and operational readiness
• Identify, prioritize, and reduce technical debt to enhance product maintainability, stability, and scalability
• Develop and implement processes for delivery excellence, ensuring cross-functional alignment and adherence to operational standards
• Serve as a subject matter expert for infrastructure, providing guidance on server, network, and colocation operations
