About The Position

This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, product, and engineering, owning the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure programs across customer and internal environments. You will design and orchestrate hardware strategies, sourcing, and deployment processes to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems worldwide. Acting as a technical leader and execution driver, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver flawless infrastructure rollouts while reducing technical debt and improving operational excellence. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, data center environments, technical sourcing, or technical program management.
• Deep expertise in server hardware, networking, colocation operations, and global supply chain logistics.
• Strong understanding of data center architecture, power and cooling management, and hardware configuration trade-offs.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs with high execution standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive and customer-facing interactions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance short-term delivery needs and long-term operational health.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Define and own infrastructure delivery strategy, ensuring seamless execution across customer and internal environments.
• Architect and maintain certified hardware standards, validating configurations and defining gold-standard deployment models.
• Lead global hardware sourcing, vendor management, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Orchestrate cross-functional deployment efforts with engineering, SRE, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful rollouts.
• Manage internal data center and bare-metal lifecycle programs to support scalable and reliable operations.
• Identify, prioritize, and reduce technical debt to improve platform stability, performance, and maintainability.
• Establish frameworks, documentation, and processes to standardize infrastructure delivery and operational excellence.
