Infrastructure Server System Analyst
About The Position
This role will sit preferably in Cayce, SC and secondary would be Richmond, VA. The Infrastructure Server Systems Analyst supports and maintains enterprise server environments with a focus on Microsoft IIS, security protocols, automation, and application hosting. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure, security, and application development teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outside normal business hours when needed and can operate effectively in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
Requirements
- Multiple years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure, server administration, or a directly related IT field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across server environments, IIS, .NET‑based applications, and scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft IIS, Windows Server, and server patching processes.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Basic understanding of MS SQL Server, queries, and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and application lifecycle workflows.
- Working knowledge of F5 load balancing and SCOM monitoring tools.
