Position Overview — Infrastructure Scheduler We’re seeking an Infrastructure Scheduler to support our growing pipeline of infrastructure and structural projects. In this role, you'll perform inspections across NY/NJ job sites and contribute to the ongoing development of welding quality assurance processes at AEIS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in infrastructure projects.
  • Previous experience with MTA Projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex project schedules and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate, detailed project schedules to support on-time and on-budget delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor project progress, analyze schedule variances, and identify risks or conflicts impacting the critical path.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedules are realistic, aligned, and achievable.
  • Prepare and communicate schedule updates, forecasts, and mitigation plans to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and generate professional reports using our proprietary software.
  • Verify and review WPSs, PQRs, and Welder Certifications.
  • Contribute to quality documentation systems.
  • Work closely with project managers.
  • Participate in process optimization reviews and corrective action reports.
