Position Overview — Infrastructure Scheduler We’re seeking an Infrastructure Scheduler to support our growing pipeline of infrastructure and structural projects. In this role, you'll perform inspections across NY/NJ job sites and contribute to the ongoing development of welding quality assurance processes at AEIS.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in infrastructure projects.
Previous experience with MTA Projects.
Proven track record of managing complex project schedules and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera)
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate, detailed project schedules to support on-time and on-budget delivery of infrastructure projects.
Monitor project progress, analyze schedule variances, and identify risks or conflicts impacting the critical path.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedules are realistic, aligned, and achievable.
Prepare and communicate schedule updates, forecasts, and mitigation plans to support informed decision-making.
Maintain accurate inspection records and generate professional reports using our proprietary software.
Verify and review WPSs, PQRs, and Welder Certifications.
Contribute to quality documentation systems.
Work closely with project managers.
Participate in process optimization reviews and corrective action reports.
