Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on IT infrastructure
  • Proven success delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects (data center, cloud, network, or enterprise systems)
  • Hands‑on experience with application consolidation and/or migration initiatives
  • Experience implementing enterprise asset management or CMDB systems
  • Strong understanding of data center operations, consolidation strategies, and migration planning
  • Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) preferred

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
  • Experience using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Drive major initiatives including application consolidation and rationalization, asset management system deployment, and data center consolidation and migration
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource forecasts
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across infrastructure, applications, security, and third‑party vendors
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee third‑party deliverables
  • Continuously improve project delivery processes and methodologies
