About The Position

This role will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations across on premises and cloud environments. They will lead a team of technical experts in systems, network, and user experience to drive continuous improvements and monitoring. This role defines and executes network, systems, and Microsoft product strategies that support business productivity and digital workplace transformation.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations & Reliability Oversee day to day operations of on premises and cloud environments
Ensure systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and monitored effectively
Lead lifecycle planning for servers to be migrated to Azure
Ensure infrastructure aligns with organizational needs and growth plans.
Associate Support & Digital Workplace Experience Partner with the Central Support Desk and improve SLA performance
Map proactive support models for M365, Teams, SharePoint, and conference room technology
Monitor device performance, compliance, and security
Manage the migration of legacy servers to modern infrastructure
Manage Infrastructure Projects Lead planning and execution of upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Vendor and Resource Management Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with hardware, software, and service vendors.
Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Optimize resource allocation, including budgeting for infrastructure investments.
