Stanislaus Food Products is a nationally recognized, family-owned company known for crafting the finest Italian-style tomatoes and sauces for top-quality Italian restaurants and pizzerias. This is a full-time position located on-site at our Modesto administrative office. During our Harvest season, which runs from mid-July to late September, you will be expected to work at least 6 days a week. The typical schedule off season is Monday-Friday from approximately 7 am – 5 pm. The Infrastructure Manager is entrusted with the comprehensive leadership and management of Stanislaus Food Products’ information technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for the direct supervision of System and Network Administrators and assumes responsibilities in information security. The incumbent will ensure the integrity, reliability, and security of all technology platforms, supporting the organization’s operational excellence and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, including direct supervision of technical teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in network administration (HP Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto), system administration (Windows, Linux, Azure Active Directory), and information security.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance features within Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery tools and processes for Office 365 as well as on premise servers and systems.
  • Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure, automation tools and disaster recovery planning.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and scripting.
  • Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+, CCNA, ACNP, CompTIA Network+, Azure Network Engineer Associate) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and professional development to System and Network Administrators.
  • Establish, communicate, and enforce policies, standards, and procedures pertaining to IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) infrastructure, including network, systems, and security operations.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives for infrastructure upgrades, capacity expansion, and technology adoption.
  • Oversee the development and execution of disaster recovery (DRP), incident response (IRP), and business continuity plans.
  • Direct the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware (including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points) and core network services (DNS, DHCP, NTP).
  • Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of both on-premises and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
  • Oversee administration of Office 365, SharePoint, VoIP, and mobile device management (Intune).
  • Manage servers and storage infrastructure for physical and virtual environments, including backup and restoration services, power, and AC Systems.
  • Manage data and voice communications systems.
  • Implement and maintain system monitoring and documentation processes.
  • Analyze IT requirements and provide objective recommendations regarding security best practice and ensure compliance with applicable security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Design, implement, and monitor security systems to safeguard networks and systems against cyber threats, ensuring IT assets are properly patched and protected.
  • Oversee penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
  • Manage certificate management and patch management processes.
  • Collaborate operations, and other business units to align infrastructure initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Support vendor management, contract negotiations, and technology evaluations.
  • Perform other technical duties as assigned across all relevant technology areas.
