About The Position

Support the Infrastructure and Facilities team in furthering the department’s
work in support of efficient and transparent document management and
environmental sustainability.

Pay Rate: $20 an hour | Monday - Friday | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

• Interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Software skills in MS Excel and SharePoint.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or Marketing, or in another field with a strong interest in working for Trinity.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Working with our vendors and department colleagues, populate the team’s SharePoint site with various building files and information, including architectural drawings, installation proposals, and repair/maintenance documents as needed.
• Regarding sustainability, support the team in developing viable solutions for various amenities provided to staff, factoring in resources required, cost, and viability.
