Requirements

  • 2+ years experience of front-end development in one of the following frameworks\: VueJS, Angular, or React
  • 2+ years experience with NodeJS
  • 2+ years experience with .Net
  • Familiar with Vuex and Vuetify libraries
  • Familiar with Amex’s CICD pipeline tools and processes (Jenkins, eCP, XLRelease, etc.)
  • Familiar with REST APIs
  • Familiar with source management using Git
  • Familiar with Graph API
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Work on front-end development of the Messaging Team’s Center of Excellence (CoE) Application.
  • Maintain and enhance the application built using Vue.js and its related libraries Vuex and Vuetify.
  • Utilize Amex’s CI/CD pipeline to build, test, and deploy application updates and new features.
  • Ensure the CoE form mirrors the team’s “Office 365 Engagement” service on the Information Technology Service Catalog (ITSC).
  • Support the team in tracking and managing incoming ITSC requests, facilitating communication between requestors and the deployment team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience, streamline workflows, and optimize front-end performance.
  • Collaborating with managers and other engineers to identify new features and requirements
  • Building, testing, and deployment of applications using Amex’s CICD pipeline and tool set
  • Document, maintain and improve existing software
