About The Position

This role shall: Develop and modify floorplans for building A/V systems, video conferencing, IoT devices, network drops, etc. Have experience working with floorplans and knowledge of infrastructure design and general building construction Identify problems and offer solutions within Space Optimization and Utilization Project (SOUP)designs Attend meetings on space design and planning Serve as liaison to Workplace Solutions management Use Bluebeam Revu and other software for design Works with Department of General Services Bureau of Real Estate and/or Capital Programs involved in SOUP projects and vendors, lessors, and contractors involved Collaborate with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conference teams

Requirements

• Ability to design and modify floorplans for AV, telecom, IoT, and network infrastructure
• Strong understanding of building infrastructure, construction processes, and architectural drawings
• Problem solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions within space planning (SOUP) designs
• Effective participation in design and planning meetings
• Strong communication and coordination skills to serve as liaison with Workplace Solutions
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and related design software
• Experience collaborating with real estate teams, contractors, vendors, and government agencies
• Ability to work closely with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conferencing teams
