Responsibilities

• Support site leads in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
• Inspect and record Contractor’s construction activities at the project site to ensure conformance to the contract documents.
• Inspect and record Contractor’s material deliveries and field installations.
• Take measurements and maintain records of quantities and materials installed.
• Exercise sound judgment in identifying potential problems and report any issues to immediate supervisor.
• Work within a Project Team environment to resolve problems.
• Perform office support work compiling records and data for proposed and completed projects.
• Help prepare and update regular progress reports, including status updates and issues requiring attention.
• Participate in training sessions, site meetings, and mentorship opportunities to develop construction management skills and industry knowledge.
