Requirements

  • Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Interest in infrastructure, construction, and public-sector capital programs

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with construction or design industry terminology
  • Experience formatting resumes, reports, or marketing materials
  • Basic understanding of project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and program teams.
  • Assist with preparation of project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and logs.
  • Support field operations teams with document control and project tracking tasks.
  • Help organize project files, templates, and operational resources.
  • Format and update staff resumes and project profiles for proposals and qualifications packages.
  • Assist with preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and pursuit documentation.
  • Support proposal development efforts, including assembling qualifications packages and supporting documents.
  • Maintain project reference information and assist with updating marketing databases.
  • Assist leadership with special projects as requested.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and project teams to support ongoing initiatives.
