About The Position
The County of Los Angeles is seeking applications for the position of Information Technology Technical Support Analyst II. This role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and testing computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. The analyst will act as a technical resource to end users and other IT staff, troubleshooting and resolving moderately complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. The position also includes identifying trends in reported problems, implementing improvements, and conducting user training. The analyst will lead small projects and assist in defining hardware and software configurations to meet customer needs.
