About The Position
The IT Technician will provide first and second level desktop infrastructure support to the business. This includes but is not limited to the resolution of issues related to PC hardware and software for workstations, printers and peripheral equipment. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of operating systems and desktop applications. This position requires availability to support users in a 24x7x365 environment including holidays and weekends as necessary. Requirements
- Prior IT Tech experience required.
- Must be minimally 21 years old.
