About The Position

We are looking for an Analyst to be a critical member of our IT Team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of end-user support, systems administration, and ERP troubleshooting in a growing organization. The successful candidate with provide day-to-day IT support, assist with onboarding and hardware/software deployments, and serve as the primary internal support resource for SAP Business One. This role will also participate in key IT initiatives, including infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations, and security upgrades. The candidate should have system administration experience in Windows / Microsoft 365 networking environment. An associate or bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related discipline is required. This position reports directly to the IT Manager. We are looking for someone who thrives in a small-company environment, values efficiency and detailed work, and can work cross-functionally with internal teams and external IT partners.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field or equivalent professional experience
Working knowledge of networking and operations in a Microsoft Windows environment
Proficiency in SQL and data extraction and analysis using Crystal Reports, Excel and Power BI
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems in stressful situations

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting the SAP Business One ERP environment is a plus
System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a Windows networking environment.
Participate in a variety of IT initiatives, aimed at improving security, reliability, and scalability of Ebco’s technology environment.
Troubleshoot ERP issues across departments to identify root cause and internal configuration and process gaps.
Work closely with business users to understand what is not working and how systems can better support their workflows.
Coordinate with external SAP B1 partners and vendors to resolve issues, implement fixes, and support enhancements.
Assist with reporting, data extraction, and basic analysis as needed.
Provision (add/change/delete) users in a hybrid AD / Entra ID environment.
Deploy hardware and software in a Windows networking environment
Maintain and adhere to IT policies, processes, and procedures
Assist in preserving assets, information security and control structures
