Crossroads Health, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with facilities located in Mentor, Painesville, and Cleveland, serves Northeast Ohio communities with comprehensive behavioral and primary integrated healthcare, early childhood services, extended housing and recovery services-no matter one's ability to pay. Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and healthcare to everyone. This is an onsite/in person position. You must live within 1 hour of our location of Mentor, Ohio Our Information Technology Department is currently seeking a customer service-oriented, and personable individual to fill the position of IT Systems Administrator. The IT Systems Administrator position proactively manages and maintains physical and cloud-based hardware, software, infrastructure, and network components, and provides technical assistance and support to system users. They provide documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting to IT staff and advise junior staff members in order to improve technical support and troubleshooting methods and processes. They automate processes and work to implement modern cloud-based solutions. More specifically, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Three to Five (3-5) years on-the-job experience working in Information Technology or a related field (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of on-the-job and classroom experience

Nice To Haves

  • IT Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, PMI (preferred)
  • Microsoft Certified Administrator Expert - MS-102 (preferred)
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate - AZ-104 (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain procedures and provide input on policies for managing and maintaining assets, licensing, patching, configuration, and devices.
  • Manage and maintain computer hardware and software, infrastructure components such as switches, routers, and access points.
  • Manage Active Directory (on premise and cloud based), network shares, and printers.
  • Manage Microsoft and Azure Active Directory implementations, including group policy, software upgrades and patches, system integrity and security.
  • Manage Microsoft Office 365 Implementation, including users, groups, permissions, mobile device management, as well as related mobile and desktop applications.
