Trinity Life Sciences is looking for a Summer Intern with strong troubleshooting skills, a high level of attention to detail and a customer service focus to join Trinity’s IT team. Primary responsibilities include responding to help desk tickets, imaging new computers, maintaining an inventory of all hardware and software, and other tasks as assigned. They will report to the Help Desk Manager, and work closely with other Desktop Support Specialists, as well as Cloud Engineers on more complex issues. This Summer Internship will begin with a comprehensive company and team-specific training program and on-the-job learning sessions throughout the Summer. The internship program will run for 9 weeks from June 15, 2026-August 14, 2026 in our Waltham, MA headquarters. Trinity practices a hybrid model and will require IT interns to be in the office at least four days per week from 8:00-5:00p
