About The Position

The Information Technology Specialist supports the systems and workflows that enable IntellaTriage nurses to deliver after-hours and 24x7 clinical triage services. Working directly with the Director of IT Operations, this role focuses on user access, Microsoft 365 administration, Level 1 support, and hardware logistics for a fully remote workforce. This is an early-career opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to build experience in IT operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Success in this role is less about deep technical expertise and more about reliability, follow-through, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Process and track access requests across multiple client healthcare systems
  • Coordinate with client IT teams to obtain credentials and resolve access issues
  • Maintain accurate tracking of access status, expirations, and dependencies
  • Escalate delays that impact clinical operations
  • Provision and deprovision users in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
  • Manage group memberships and access permissions
  • Support identity and access workflows across systems
  • Respond to support tickets and provide Level 1 troubleshooting
  • Resolve login, access, and device-related issues
  • Escalate complex or recurring issues with clear documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding for remote employees
  • Configure, ship, and track laptops and end-user equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory and device lifecycle tracking
  • Coordinate retrieval, wiping, and redeployment of returned devices
  • Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks
