About the Role Are you passionate about technology and helping people? At Chewy, we’re looking for a friendly, motivated IT Site Support Specialist I to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our employees! In this role, you’ll provide frontline technical support, helping resolve day-to-day IT issues and ensuring our team members have the tools they need to succeed!

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of IT support experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of basic networking (Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+
  • Exposure to Active Directory, Azure, or Jamf

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person
  • Solve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Windows/Mac)
  • Perform new hire setups, imaging, and deployment
  • Assist with account access
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation
  • Support onboarding orientation classes
  • Track and manage IT assets
  • Assist with office moves, adds, and changes
  • Advance complex issues to Tier 2
