About The Position

The IT, Security & Document Control Engineer, Amkor Semiconductor Project, is a specific role identified to support the successful delivery of BWWA’s flagship ATA Semiconductor Project, a large, complex, multi-package capital program. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of all IT, software and ERP systems and managing Document Controls on-site, all which are mission critical for the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT or Cybersecurity environment
  • Experience in Document Controls
  • Proactive, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Ability to manage high document volumes in a fast-paced project environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and issue-resolution skills
  • Comfortable managing parallel workflows across multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills interfacing across the engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and management teams
  • Confident interface with clients, engineers, and subcontractors

Responsibilities

  • Planning, sourcing, installing, and maintaining all IT Infrastructure required at the site office, warehouse and any other Phoenix location associated with the smooth execution of BWWA’s project
  • Liasing with the customer’s IT team to ensure continuous communication, secure data transfer and storage including backup hardware and cloud security
  • Collaborative interfacing with systems such as Autodesk Forma platform (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud); Veyor Delivery System; Smart sheets; Bluebeam Software as well as Microsoft 365suite
  • Providing inputs and documentation for Project Assurance reviews as required including regularly consolidating inputs from multiple teams to help prepare and present clear, consistent project status and engineering reports, dashboards and tools for internal leadership and client review, utilizing AI tools where possible and safe
  • Working with the company Quality Manager to help standardize templates, workflows, and communication processes used across the project with a focus to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Apply lessons learned to improve predictability and execution efficacy
  • Managing, controlling, and distributing all project documentation across the company departments, client interface, and subcontractor network
  • Acting as a critical link between the contractor, the client, internal engineering disciplines, and subcontractors, ensuring document accuracy, traceability, compliance, and timely information flow throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing document control workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for all client-facing documentation
  • Tracking client reviews, comments, and approvals within ACC and ensure timely responses and resubmissions
  • Ensuring document numbering, metadata, and status align with client ACC requirements
  • Managing internal engineering documentation across all disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, I&C, commissioning, etc.)
  • Controlling the creation, review, approval, and revision cycles of engineering deliverables
  • Ensuring documents are issued with correct status (IFR, IFA, IFC, As-Built, etc.)
  • Coordinating document workflows between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
  • Maintaining accurate document registers, logs, and document control metrics for project management
  • Coordinating internal project management & engineering files and subcontractor documentation through aligned document control procedures and systems
  • Manage document control interfaces between the contractor and subcontractors/vendors
  • Receive, review for compliance, log, and distribute subcontractor and vendor submittals
  • Ensure subcontractor documents meet EPC and client requirements prior to submission through ACC
  • Track review cycles, comments, resubmittals, and approvals
  • Maintain full traceability between subcontractor documents, EPC engineering deliverables, and client submissions
  • Administer and maintain project document control systems, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for client-facing documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory document control procedures
  • Support internal and client audits, quality reviews, and document control assessments
  • Generate regular document control status reports for project leadership
  • Support final book turnover, handover packages, and as-built documentation in alignment with client ACC requirements
