Requirements

  • Must be a current student (Junior or Senior) or recent graduate (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) who has completed or is pursuing a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, from a qualifying educational institution, or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months that has had exposure to the Information Technology space.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Excellent organizational, planning abilities and multi-tasking skills required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all business matters
  • Understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common office software (Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Help with the setup, installation, and configuration of new devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Assist IT team members with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Assist in maintaining IT documentation, inventory, and system records.
  • Support IT staff in evaluating new technologies and tools for potential deployment across the organization.
  • Assist with technical support during special events, games, or other organizational activities, which may require nights, weekends, or holidays.
  • Participate in IT team projects, learning project management, documentation, and testing procedures.
  • Assist with special projects as they arise.
