Role Description Lead and evolve the organization’s IT operations and roadmap Oversee and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) Manage and mentor IT staff, building a strong, scalable team Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards Champion cybersecurity best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, monitoring) Manage vendor relationships (internet, telecom, software providers) Oversee onboarding/offboarding and access management processes Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime, reliability, and efficiency Own the IT budget, forecasting, and cost optimization efforts Lead technology projects and continuous system improvements Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements Maintain clear documentation of systems and processes Act as escalation point for complex technical issues Communicate IT initiatives and performance to executive leadership Foster a positive, service-first IT culture across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration
• 2+ years in a leadership or senior-level role
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and security
• Proven experience managing vendors and leading IT projects
• Solid understanding of modern cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
