Ensuring Operational Effectiveness of IT Services by overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of assigned Agency of Digital Services (ADS) staff; ensuring adherence to IT operational procedures and policies; providing leadership and accountability in service delivery. To maintain the efficiency, reliability, and security of government IT services, ensuring continuity and effective operations. To ensure effective planning and resource distribution, optimizing operational performance, and aligning IT functions with the Governor's priorities. Supporting the Deputy Director in Enhancing Service Delivery by developing strategies and operational tactics; refining processes to improve service efficiency; collaborating with leadership to align efforts with agency initiatives. To enhance the effectiveness and responsiveness of digital services, ensuring seamless IT support for state government functions. Building Collaborative Partnerships Across Departments and Agencies by fostering strong working relationships within state government and external partners; facilitating cross-departmental IT initiatives; aligning strategic planning with department needs and government priorities. To promote innovation, streamline service delivery, and optimize IT resources for maximum impact.
