About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Information Technology (IT) Technician to support daily IT operations by maintaining hardware, software, network systems, and departmental infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field with two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and C# programming.
  • Foundational understanding of networking, cabling, and computer hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, teamwork, and organizational support.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline preferred.
  • Web development experience preferred.
  • Experience with Epicor or TrackAbout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain IT department assets, documentation, and supplies.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and communication systems to internal and external users.
  • Assist in maintaining and testing disaster recovery processes for all systems.
  • Monitor and optimize data and voice communication infrastructures for performance and reliability.
  • Support development and maintenance of intranet, internet, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Perform data import, export, archival functions, and generate ad hoc reports.
  • Maintain databases, reference materials, and asset management systems.
  • Assist with IT training sessions, user documentation, presentations, and proposals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT department strategies.
  • Respond to enterprise-wide service calls and technical support requests in a timely manner.
