Third year and above students in the Computer Science field
Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Ability to add, subtract, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Abilit to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
The employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to manipulate, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Responsibilities

POS price and menu programming, including implementation of new menu concepts and performing configuration changes as needed
Maintain and update menus and prices to improve customer experience and revenue
Integrate external brand specific related platforms into existing systems
Update and update hardware and software systems as needed (credit card terminals and wand display systems)
Troubleshoot all kiosks, mobile ordering platforms, and credit card reader issues, work with
Work with dining team to support the addition of new dining programs
Provide training and onboarding to new system users
Manager and update POS/Kiosk/Mobile systems (schedules, promotions, product availability, and menu)
Create/deliver reports on POS/Kiosk/Mobile ordering statistics (usage, revenues, etc)
Create relationships with campus IT for quick resolution issues (networking, power, cable, etc)
Manage requests from CDL (Compass Digital Labs)
