Location: 109 Kentucky St, Petaluma, CA 94952 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Details: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join the Information Technology Team this summer. The ideal intern will gain hands-on experience while supporting data analysis tools to generate insights that improve operational performance. The intern will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Supply Chain and other departments to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing plant and operational data to support AI-driven and data analytics initiatives. Support the implementation and use of AI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot) to enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Assist with documenting processes, creating user guides, and supporting adoption of analytics tools across teams. Required Skills Clear written communication and documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Power BI (data visualization, dashboards, and reports). Experience or exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot. Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies. Skills Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders. Mathematical Skills Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
