Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled and problem-solving oriented college student for the position of IT Support Intern. As an IT Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries at the user level, ensuring timely responses and the optimal running of all systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and system maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to keep detailed notes on tickets.
• Proficient in the use of Windows and Macintosh operating systems.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Windows Server is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Help Desk tickets efficiently.
• Develop effective interpersonal skills while interacting with colleagues and vendors.
• Support network security by ensuring users follow protocols.
• Assist in managing technical documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
