About The Position

Holmes Murphy Information Technology Intern – Summer 2026 West Des Moines, IA (Onsite) We are looking to add an IT Intern to join our Information Technology team in the West Des Moines, IA office. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture. Join us for our 11-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the industry while getting exposure to learning and developing skills related to the various career paths within Information Technology.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.
• Examples of prior majors’ interns have pursued: Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems and more.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or information technology support role.

Responsibilities

• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, or network problems.
• Identify basic trends and patterns to support business objectives.
• Provide technology support related to HMA systems as needed.
• Support the IT team in daily operational tasks and special projects.
• Have broad exposure to multiple areas of the Information Technology team.
