About The Position

Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This 2-year rotational program is specifically designed for recent graduates and is in various locations around the U.S. This role starts January 2027. Program Advantages Valuable, hands-on work experience with one of the world’s leading suppliers to aerospace and power generation industries Unique visibility to multiple levels of the organization (Plant, Division, Corporate) 1:1 mentorship tailored to specifically align with assignments and skills gaps Access to a training suite that includes in person sessions from industry experts and PCC leadership as well as an online library with over 50k courses, books, podcasts, etc. Monthly collaborations on subjects to aid in college to career transitions Fast-track internal progression to leadership roles within PCC Benchmarking best practice opportunities at other PCC facilities around the US Dedicated director to coach you throughout your journey Program Design YEAR ONE Exposure to all foundational areas including: Safety Awareness Help Desk Network Technician SOX Preparation ITP Compliance Project Management Additionally, participants will be introduced to key domains such as: Development Infrastructure Industrial IoT Cyber Security YEAR TWO In the second year, participants will take a deeper dive into one of the areas introduced in Year One. This focused rotation allows for specialization and advanced skill development in the key domain chosen for them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related field with a degree concentration in networking, programming, security or database administration
  • Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be a US Person
  • Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only)
  • The program allows members to preference regions. The Company will match the member with the most meaningful learning experience within the preferred regions.
