Ingram Content Group (ICG) is currently seeking an IT Contract Project Administrator to join our team in LaVergne, TN (Greater Nashville area). This person is responsible for end-to-end procurement of technology hardware, software, and services while partnering with requestors to confirm requirements, timelines, and shipping needs. The position executes purchase requests through the ERP system, tracks approvals, issues purchase orders, coordinates vendors, and updates records within the ITSM platform. Responsibilities include asset lifecycle tracking, contract and renewal administration, pricing negotiation, dispute resolution, and coordination with Legal and Finance on contracts, invoices, and variances. Success requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-through to maintain accurate records and compliant procurement practices.
