This position serves as the functional and technical steward of assigned operational systems, working closely with field personnel, mechanics, facility staff, and other Operations team members to ensure the system accurately reflects real-world workflows and asset data. As the subject matter expert for assigned systems, the Coordinator provides guidance on functionality, configuration, and best practices while maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and system reliability. The role includes working directly with structured application data to identify discrepancies, improve consistency, and support meaningful reporting, ensuring accuracy at both the record level and the operational level. This requires hands-on analysis within the application and its supporting database environment to investigate and resolve issues, as well as translating operational business processes into practical system solutions and workflow improvements. The Coordinator also leads or supports system upgrades, enhancements, vendor coordination, and related projects. In addition to technical stewardship, the Coordinator provides direct user support through one-on-one and small group engagement, helping end users understand how to effectively utilize supported systems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining documentation, procedures, and training materials, while tracking tasks to completion and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. As operational needs evolve, the Coordinator may also support additional enterprise systems managed by the Operations Technology team. Success in this role requires strong verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and careful attention to detail. The individual must be comfortable working directly with personnel in maintenance, fleet, facilities, and other field-based environments, bridging technical concepts with operational realities to keep systems reliable, usable, and aligned with business needs. Requirements

  • Experience in the analysis of business processes and system requirements, and the creation of business process solutions for large-scale business system applications.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, network infrastructure, relational databases, and business process modeling.
  • Familiarity with system integration, instructional design, and enterprise systems is also important.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Candidates should be able to test and validate systems, translate between technical and non-technical audiences, and manage access roles and project tasks.
  • Ability to present information clearly, assess situations logically, identify system needs, and apply established procedures accurately.
  • They should demonstrate strong customer service skills, with the ability to support users effectively and professionally.
  • Candidates should also be comfortable managing multiple priorities, documenting work, and collaborating across teams.
