IT Analyst II – IT Customer Experience As an Information Technology Analyst II, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and/or applications. You will also ensure the performance, integrity and reliability of system components. In addition you will determine user specifications for reporting and project needs and work independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated and specialty technology. This position reports to our Midtown Location, onsite 5 days a week. Travel required. Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of previous work related experience
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree
- COMP TIA A+ Certification
- Degree or major in Computer Science
- Cisco Certification
- ITIL
- PMP
