Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 4–5 years of experience providing IT End User / Desktop Support in an enterprise environment.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Prior experience in a Microsoft 365 administration role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro / Premium Management Dashboard.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) and report creation using Power BI.
  • Knowledge of enterprise AV solutions, including: o QSC platform o Speakers and ceiling microphones o AV utility and management software
  • Expert experience with Logitech Rally Bar, including USB mode and Android (appliance) mode.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and Android.
  • Experience working with C-Level Suite which may require occasional off hours support
  • Experience supporting Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to isolate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with a highly customer‑focused mindset.
  • Sound understanding of networking concepts
  • Experience working within an IT service management / help desk platform.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, test, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) across enterprise locations.
  • Oversee and coordinate AV integration partners for the design, installation, and support of new and future Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Deliver real‑time and post‑meeting Microsoft Teams Call Analytics to diagnose, resolve, and prevent reported issues.
  • Perform new‑hire onboarding activities, including Microsoft 365 administration, PC imaging, deployment, and peripheral configuration using Microsoft Intune.
  • Provide top‑tier enterprise support for collaboration technologies and train local IT teams globally.
  • Provide ad‑hoc AV support for executive meetings, Town Halls, and custom collaboration events.
  • Consult on current and future AV, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration initiatives, including roadmap planning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end‑user desktop issues (hardware, software, access, security, business applications, and printers) utilizing BMC Helix Remedyforce.
  • Assist with the ordering, receiving, inventory, deployment, tracking, and retirement of PC assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and execute PC refresh and replacement initiatives for end users.
  • Configure, support, and maintain printing services across multiple office locations.
  • Support the transition toward Microsoft Voice, reducing dependency on traditional desk phones where feasible.
