Information Systems Solutions Analyst
About The Position
TOCC seeks a highly skilled and strategic Information Systems Solutions Analyst to provide leadership in the planning, coordination, and execution of all current and future information systems. If you are a project management expert with a passion for integrating technology with institutional strategy, this full-time, exempt position in our Information Technology Department is for you! Reporting to the I.T. Manager, the ISSA is responsible for creating a comprehensive, college-wide framework to support the IT Department's goals and objectives. You will manage medium- to large-scale projects, maintain critical systems, and ensure IT solutions align with TOCC's strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and lead complex information system projects across various college units.
- Oversee the daily operation, administration, and integration of key college systems, including Jenzabar (Student Information System), Canvas (LMS), Transact, PayChex, and other platforms.
- Work closely with administration, department heads, and stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and align IT systems with institutional goals.
- Provide technical guidance and project design.
- Analyze system usage and training needs, then develop and deliver training for faculty, staff, and students.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions and services.
- Provide vision for new system implementations and manage the escalation and resolution of IT issues related to the SIS, LMS, and external tools.
