We’re seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to oversee our computer and information systems. In this role, you’ll lead an IT team, manage critical infrastructure, and collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize performance across the organization. The Information Systems Manager (ISM) oversees the company's computer and information systems, ensuring efficient operations. They manage IT staff and maintain hardware, software, and networks. The Information Systems Manager supports the structure and objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize business performance.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of IT practices, security, policies, and regulations
  • Strong understanding of programming and digital security

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer technology field
  • At least three years of experience managing employees
  • At least five years of similar work experience assisting users in Windows 10 and 11 environments
  • At least five years of experience coordinating and working in Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment is required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work in an indoor office environment and an active outdoor construction site environment.
  • Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
  • Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions and be exposed to dirt or dust.
  • Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment most of the day.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs regularly and 50lbs occasionally.
  • Must be able to work for long periods of time in front of a computer or while standing.

Responsibilities

  • Manages IT Operations, IT Team, and General IT Operations: Support End User Experience: onboarding and orientation, help desk services, technical support, and employee training.
  • Infrastructure Management: network management, server management, hardware management, software management, and cloud services management.
  • IT Team Management and Development: recruitment and onboarding, training and development, team building and collaboration, performance management, communication and engagement, and employee life cycle support.
  • General Management of the company’s IT needs: communications, website and application development, disaster recovery, network contingency planning, and IT budgeting.
  • Reporting to Business Stakeholders: periodic reporting, monthly project updates, quarterly project review, and collaborative planning.
  • Oversees IT Vendor Management to include: Cybersecurity and Data Management: strategies, data protection, security management, and data governance.
  • Reporting to Business Stakeholders.
