As a Information Systems Engineer on our IT team, you’ll play an important role in deploying, monitoring, and supporting our key IT infrastructure, network services, and applications. You’ll provide complex technical support to ensure the availability and functionality of our systems and tools. As Conga continues to grow, our IT team plays a pivotal role in moving forward and transforming our organization with many high-profile projects. You’ll be involved in those projects to bring efficiencies, ease, and improvements to our systems and processes.

Requirements

• You have a minimum of five years experience with identity management (i.e., permissions, policies, authentication/replication), networking (i.e., VPN, DHCP, wireless), Microsoft Server, Windows OS, and Cloud Platforms (i.e., Azure, Office 365, AWS).
• You understand the concepts and use your knowledge to maintain various systems and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and logic-based thinking is your forte.
• Your proven ability to analyze and apply logical thinking to determine the root cause of an issue is fundamental to success in this role.
• Your experience has prepared you to effectively investigate technical issues and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolutions that are in line with the business needs.
• Confident and deliberate communicator.
• Resourceful & Collaborative.
• Willingness to work outside of business hours.

Nice To Haves

• Previous training or formal certifications in information systems would be a plus. This could include but is not limited to Microsoft Security, Fortinet Network Security, Azure, and AWS.
