Requirements

Minimum of two years experience working with Information Systems Networking preferred.
Miniumum of Associate's degree in Computer/Information Systems Science
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Information Systems Networking experience.
Ability to perform repair on computers, printers and copiers.
Ability to identify issues and propose solutions based by collection of data and gathering of knowledge from others.
Ability to work independently or in project team environment and within a defined deadline

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist associates with software issues and answer any user questions.
Ensure and maintain operation of network equipment throughout the facility.
Perform any required maintenance on existing systems.
Perform install or assist with the installation of new equipment and system upgrades.
Coordinate IT related projects between WHQ and the plant.
Implement and maintain converged technologies throughout the facility (frm VoIP systems to security systems and value-added production related equipment).
Assist in the instruction and training as needed on new and/or existing equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
