For more information, please visit our website: https://michianabehavioralhealth.com The Information Services Technician is responsible for providing data process services to the facility which may include performing basic computer system maintenance, setting up new computers, getting computers that are out of commission ready for removal, troubleshooting computer systems problems and assuring security procedures are followed as directed by the Corporate Office. Will act as liaison between Corporate IT/Helpdesk and the facility.

Requirements

Associates degree in a related field preferred.
One - three years of related work experience.
May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Setting up, organizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, kiosks, and printers.
Maintain, monitor, and coordinate the use and installation of software and hardward components.
Troubleshoot day to day issues and/or problems with software and hardware systems.
Provide support for telephone system and headset issues.
Provide support for security camera software and hardware issues.
