About The Position

The Information Security Coordinator is responsible for producing and monitoring logs that ensure compliance with the Bank’s information security policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent level of education and experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well, organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work well independently and in groups.
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates, reviews, and composes change logs and preforms differential analyses to determine any changes to users’ information system access. Records results, and evaluates that the changes were authorized. Investigate any exceptions and report them to the manager.
  • Complies user access change reports.
  • Updates, maintains, and distributes a master list of system users.
  • Evaluates and records outputs of logging and monitoring systems, escalating any issues to the department manager.
  • Researches, composes, and/or analyzes bank data for information security at the direction of management.
