The Deputy Director for Outreach and Threat Intelligence (Information Security Analyst V) is responsible for the leadership and management of key functions and staff of the Information Security at a professional level. The successful candidate will oversee the management of large-scale, high impact Information Security threat intelligence, grant programs, and statewide liaison duties. This position may also oversee the Information Security team in the absence of the Chief Information Security Officer. Positions at this level seek out and form partnerships within departments/agencies across State Government and beyond to help support high level strategic plans. Incumbents stay current with all high-level planning in ADS and with current trends in project management and business analysis to help develop processes and procedures, formulate budgets, monitor costs, and allocate resources that focus on, but are not limited to, integrating and auditing security capabilities and optimizing security of networks, applications, and technical infrastructure according to priorities and in alignment with the Governor's priorities.
