About The Position

Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support for Private Bank, and Workplace Benefits. Within WMO, the Business Strategy and Transformation team supports enterprise reporting and analytics by developing scalable data solutions, dashboards, and operational insights that inform business decisions across multiple functions. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their skills in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence within a structured financial services environment.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Python or other scripting languages (preferred, not required).
• Interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards using business intelligence tools.
