Program Manager (Advanced – IAM III) Lead program execution and serve as the primary liaison to Government stakeholders. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, financial stewardship, and team performance in support of a critical defense mission. What You’ll Do: Oversee contract operations and performance reporting Collaborate with Government leadership to align priorities Manage staffing, budgets, and program controls Lead monthly status reviews and reporting deliverables Implement best practices to improve mission outcomes What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, or business discipline 6+ years of leadership experience supporting DoD or federal programs Experience managing teams and complex operational requirements POS 2. IT Management Analyst – Advanced (IAM III) Provide senior-level analytical expertise to improve IT services, operational performance, and modernization efforts. What You’ll Do: Apply analytical and research methodologies to solve complex challenges Develop dashboards and performance metrics Support IT modernization and process improvement initiatives Prepare executive-level reports and briefings Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field 8–12 years of relevant experience POS 3. IT Management Analyst – Intermediate (IAM II) Support data-driven decision-making and operational analysis within a structured DoD environment. What You’ll Do: Analyze operational data and develop reports Assist in compliance tracking and dashboard development Support project coordination and documentation Contribute to modernization initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field 4–8 years of relevant experience Requirements Preferred Certifications Advanced Roles: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCISO, CASP+ (SecurityX), CISSO, GSLC Intermediate Role: Security+ CWF Designation: IAM III / WRC 752 CWF Designation: IAM II / WRC 752 Our Commitment We value diverse perspectives and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
