IT Management Analyst – Advanced (IAM III) Provide senior-level analytical expertise to improve IT services, operational performance, and modernization efforts. What You’ll Do: Apply analytical and research methodologies to solve complex challenges Develop dashboards and performance metrics Support IT modernization and process improvement initiatives Prepare executive-level reports and briefings IT Management Analyst – Intermediate (IAM II) Support data-driven decision-making and operational analysis within a structured DoD environment. What You’ll Do: Analyze operational data and develop reports Assist in compliance tracking and dashboard development Support project coordination and documentation Contribute to modernization initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
8–12 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
4–8 years of relevant experience
