About The Position

Expert in at least one modern BI platform (Power BI preferred) with strong SQL
skills and proven experience building scalable, high-impact reporting solutions.
• Effective Stakeholder Partner, able to translate business needs into
analytical solutions while managing priorities and communicating clearly across
technical and non-technical audiences. We need to feel comfortable having this
resource in front of stakeholders without handholding. • Data Modeling
Capability, with experience in dimensional modeling and modern transformation
tools (dbt a significant plus). • AI Forward - Understand how to marry AI tools
to enhance productivity on tasks • Driven, Curious, and Understands the
Importance of Business Context. This person needs to be able to individually
move a task from general requirements to completion. Working with lower to
mid-level business partners would be expected. Lastly, need him/her to be a
strong team player that will contribute towards the team as team/process evolve
