About The Position

Do you excel at keeping systems secure and compliant with strict standards? Join PEMCCO as an Information Assurance Analyst/ISSO, where you'll maintain RMF documentation, implement information assurance controls, and support system accreditation and continuous monitoring. In this role, you'll help ensure mission systems remain secure, resilient, and aligned with DIA directives. PEMCCO, Inc. is an Information Technology and Information Management (IT/IM) services firm. Requirements

• Bachelor's in Information Assurance or IT.
• Four (4)+ years IA/RMF experience.
• Active Secret clearance; Security + CE required.
• Understanding of DoD IA controls and eMASS usage.
• Clear communication and documentation ability.

Nice To Haves

• GSLC or CISSP Associate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and procedures.
• Implement and verify IA controls on assigned systems.
• Track POA&M items to closure.
• Conduct self-assessments and update documentation.
• Support audits and inspections.
• Provide IA user training and awareness.
