Information Architect Senior Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Atlanta, GA or Indianapolis, IN. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Information Architect Senior develops and maintains information reference architecture articulating the future state for achieving optimal sourcing, grouping, transformation and sharing of enterprise data. Owns and leads the end-to-end Security Data and Analytics program, including enterprise data architecture, data models, ingestion pipelines, quality controls, retention standards, and classification requirements to support Global Security and Safety operations. How you will make an impact: Creates information architecture standards and contributes to information management systems architecture vision. Analyzes architecture efficiency data and makes recommendations for improvements. Validates the detailed information architecture requirements for an application/technology. Develops linkage from conceptual architecture to logical architecture. Leads the evolution of transitioning to a new information architecture and supports the modernization of enterprise security data, including understanding AI capabilities, integrations, and aligning enhancements with organizational roadmaps. Creates improvements to data acquisition and access through analysis and design. Provides enterprise-level oversight of security data governance, ensuring all related technology and operations teams consistently apply Global Security and Safety data standards, policies, and governance frameworks. Oversees the development, maintenance, and enforcement of Global Security and Safety policies, standards, and governance structures. Manages department audit readiness, including the generation of audit evidence and reports required by Investigations, HR, Compliance, or other business functions, ensuring consistent and accurate outputs currently produced by specialists and administrators.
