Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and end‑to-end implementation of Informatica MDM solutions for prioritized domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Vendor, Finance). Translate business requirements into detailed MDM technical designs, including data models, match/merge rules, hierarchies, survivorship rules, and workflow processes. Oversee development and configuration of MDM components such as Hub Console, IDD, SIF APIs, Match/Merge, Hierarchy Manager, and Data Quality rules. Architect and guide integration patterns using Informatica IDQ, IICS, PowerCenter, APIs, and downstream systems. Lead data ingestion, cleansing, standardization, golden record creation, and publishing to analytic, operational, and transactional systems. Collaborate with Data Governance teams to define data standards, policies, stewardship responsibilities, and approval workflows. Advise customers on improving MDM maturity, including operating model enhancements, quality monitoring, exception handling, and infrastructure optimization. Provide leadership across project phases—planning, estimation, solutioning, delivery oversight, and issue resolution. Mentor team members and ensure development is aligned with best practices and organizational standards. Engage with business stakeholders, articulate technical decisions in business-friendly language, and guide them toward scalable, future-ready solutions. Qualifications Deep expertise in Informatica MDM (10.x/Cloud preferred), including Hub components, IDD configuration, match/merge, SIF APIs, and data modeling. Strong experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and/or IICS for profiling, cleansing, and integration. Proven background in data governance, data architecture, or data quality management. Solid understanding of enterprise data domains and common MDM patterns (Operational MDM, Analytical MDM, Registry models, Coexistence, Consolidation). Strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading technical teams. Ability to recommend and implement best practices to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Experience integrating MDM hubs with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, analytics systems, APIs, etc.). At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
