About The Position

We are seeking a talented Senior ETL Developer (Informatica) to join our team and support data integration initiatives within a leading financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and IICS, with a solid background in data warehousing and ETL design.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter and 2+ years with IICS or similar cloud ETL tools
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Sybase, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data governance
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control tools (Git/SVN), and ETL deployment processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Informatica certifications (PowerCenter and/or IICS) are a plus
  • Prior experience in similar enterprise data environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS to support data warehouse and data lake initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including mappings, workflows, and data models
  • Build and optimize data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load large datasets from multiple sources
  • Implement data quality checks, error handling, and monitoring to ensure data integrity and reliability
  • Tune and optimize ETL performance (partitioning, pushdown optimization, caching)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support testing (UAT, production validation) and deployment processes
